America’s Newest National Park
The Indiana Dunes National Park is the newest park I now have to add to my Bucket List dream of seeing every National Park. The park features mature black oak trees extending up to the sandy coastline of Lake Michigan. Now we all have a legitimate reason to visit Indiana. The Omelette Guy
I have never thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail but I’d be lying if I said I never daydream about it. The trail didn’t become famous for its big scenic views which are far and in between. It’s best known for being a communal calling for hikers. People just treat each other better in the outdoors. Check out the Trail Angel known as “The Omelette Guy” who cooks a free breakfast for hikers along the AT.
The Descendants

Chad can be summed up by his idea of a perfect day: Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains, warm cup of coffee in hand then grabbing his camera and fly rod, hitting the trail to explore some uncharted territory followed by cold beers and campfire steaks. Chad is often joined on his adventures by his wife, Tori, and their dog, Kona.
